大 陸 的 毒 奶 事 件 ， 眼 看 就 要 隨 石 家 莊 法 院 的 宣 判 而 落 幕 。 但 在 法 院 外 面 ， 仍 然 有 人 抗 議 。 影 響 這 麼 大 的 事 件 ， 只 是 拿 幾 個 替 罪 鬼 來 開 刀 ， 政 府 失 職 人 員 卻 毋 須 為 此 負 責 ， 這 樣 的 結 果 難 平 人 心 。
痛 心 也 有 效 用 遞 減 律
問 題 只 是 出 在 販 售 摻 了 三 聚 氰 胺 的 蛋 白 粉 給 乳 業 公 司 的 人 ？ 或 是 貪 圖 暴 利 而 知 情 不 報 的 乳 業 公 司 老 闆 ？ 當 然 不 是 。 就 像 四 川 震 災 中 倒 塌 的 校 舍 ， 雖 然 人 人 知 道 是 偷 工 減 料 ， 沒 有 人 會 只 怪 罪 建 築 公 司 ， 因 為 真 正 的 元 凶 是 那 個 官 商 勾 結 的 共 犯 結 構 。 就 如 建 築 工 程 從 繪 圖 設 計 到 建 材 、 施 工 ， 每 個 環 節 的 品 管 和 驗 收 ， 政 府 部 門 都 有 責 任 。 乳 業 生 產 也 是 如 此 。 在 分 散 經 營 的 政 策 下 ， 本 來 就 存 在 品 管 問 題 。 中 間 商 的 奶 站 的 設 置 ， 沒 有 幹 部 的 點 頭 是 不 可 能 的 。 靠 放 高 利 貸 給 奶 農 購 飼 料 ， 以 壓 低 鮮 奶 收 購 價 為 條 件 的 「 奶 霸 」 ， 又 是 在 甚 麼 情 況 下 產 生 的 ？ 對 於 摻 了 三 聚 氰 胺 的 毒 奶 ， 乳 業 公 司 老 闆 和 高 級 主 管 只 是 因 為 追 求 暴 利 而 泯 滅 良 心 ？ 還 是 因 為 共 犯 結 構 有 它 自 己 的 行 事 規 律 ？ 「 免 檢 」 招 牌 的 氾 濫 ， 只 是 代 表 官 員 的 敷 衍 疏 懶 ， 還 是 權 錢 交 易 的 結 果 ？ 這 些 問 題 都 值 得 探 究 。 三 鹿 的 辯 護 律 師 抗 議 審 判 不 公 ， 是 因 為 共 犯 結 構 中 的 商 人 必 須 承 擔 一 切 罪 名 ， 官 員 卻 可 隱 身 起 來 ， 逍 遙 法 外 。
毒 奶 事 件 在 奧 運 後 曝 光 ， 到 紐 約 參 加 聯 大 開 幕 式 的 溫 家 寶 總 理 ， 在 美 東 僑 學 界 代 表 面 前 ， 表 示 痛 心 疾 首 。 他 譴 責 企 業 家 的 道 德 敗 壞 危 害 了 人 民 的 健 康 ， 但 這 只 是 一 個 道 德 問 題 嗎 ？
四 川 震 災 時 ， 趕 往 救 災 的 溫 總 理 ， 握 着 從 廢 墟 水 泥 塊 底 下 救 出 的 孩 子 的 青 紫 色 小 手 ， 不 也 同 樣 感 到 痛 心 ？ 可 是 當 受 難 孩 童 的 家 長 聯 合 起 來 ， 要 求 當 局 對 豆 腐 渣 工 程 給 個 說 法 時 ， 官 方 就 迅 速 掩 埋 了 證 據 ， 強 迫 他 們 領 取 補 償 款 ， 立 下 保 證 書 ， 感 謝 黨 的 關 懷 ， 保 證 絕 不 追 究 校 舍 工 程 的 責 任 。 一 次 又 一 次 的 痛 心 ， 一 次 又 一 次 的 船 過 水 無 痕 ， 痛 心 也 是 有 效 用 遞 減 律 的 。 對 溫 總 理 下 一 次 的 痛 心 ， 誰 還 會 抱 甚 麼 期 望 ？
中 共 幹 部 從 根 子 腐 爛
中 共 幹 部 如 今 已 是 從 根 子 腐 爛 ， 在 黨 的 保 護 傘 下 ， 集 團 性 的 貪 贓 枉 法 ， 越 來 越 肆 無 忌 憚 ， 作 風 也 越 來 越 霸 道 。 司 法 成 了 維 護 官 員 利 益 、 欺 負 人 民 的 工 具 。 大 家 也 都 知 道 這 是 專 政 制 度 缺 乏 制 衡 的 問 題 ， 但 這 至 今 仍 是 政 治 改 革 的 禁 區 。 有 誰 統 計 過 中 共 官 員 的 貪 腐 以 及 公 款 吃 喝 、 公 款 出 國 旅 遊 、 汽 油 配 給 套 現 等 名 目 的 直 接 間 接 開 支 ， 在 預 算 中 所 佔 的 比 例 ？ 有 人 估 計 在 九 千 億 人 民 幣 的 政 府 經 費 中 ， 幾 乎 要 佔 三 千 億 。 在 經 濟 還 能 維 持 高 成 長 的 時 期 ， 人 民 由 於 還 有 謀 生 機 會 ， 即 使 民 憤 再 大 ， 也 不 會 爆 發 ， 中 共 仍 能 誇 言 高 成 長 代 表 統 治 的 合 法 性 。 可 是 在 急 速 的 衰 退 潮 失 業 潮 席 捲 而 來 的 局 面 下 ， 民 憤 隨 時 可 能 觸 發 ， 把 中 國 推 向 一 個 不 確 定 的 年 代 。

亞 視 春 晚 ─ ─ 北 風 那 個 吹

大 陸 「 黨 文 化 」 北 風 南 漸 ， 如 同 霧 鎖 香 江 的 「 煙 霞 」 。 亞 視 首 次 直 播 央 視 春 節 晚 會 ， 更 顯 示 「 一 國 一 制 」 已 為 期 不 遠 。 以 往 香 港 本 埠 的 賀 歲 騷 ， 喜 慶 討 彩 固 然 是 硬 道 理 ， 媚 俗 搞 笑 壓 倒 一 切 ， 但 再 庸 俗 也 沒 有 政 治 佐 料 。 而 大 陸 春 晚 何 止 於 佐 料 ？ 政 治 根 本 就 是 大 年 夜 的 主 菜 ， 勁 加 「 黨 疼 國 愛 」 之 香 精 、 味 素 、 醬 料 ， 再 輔 以 自 豪 發 酵 粉 、 幸 福 染 色 劑 和 記 憶 漂 白 劑 ， 總 之 七 葷 八 素 ， 燴 成 色 味 香 俱 全 的 「 九 大 簋 」 年 夜 飯 。
試 看 大 陸 春 晚 舞 台 ， 那 些 人 肉 道 具 一 個 比 一 個 更 具 幸 福 感 和 自 豪 感 ， 言 談 舉 止 嚴 重 不 正 常 ， 彷 彿 人 人 都 有 智 障 。 中 國 人 真 是 那 麼 弱 智 嗎 ？ 當 然 不 是 。 只 不 過 ， 假 若 這 等 智 商 真 係 國 人 的 平 均 標 準 ， 這 樣 的 人 民 實 乃 全 世 界 最 忠 順 、 最 乖 巧 、 最 好 統 治 的 人 民 。 春 晚 舞 台 之 集 體 人 格 和 智 商 ， 正 是 我 朝 精 心 打 造 出 來 的 樣 板 。
從 紐 約 「 海 歸 」 回 清 華 大 學 教 書 （ 後 憤 而 辭 職 ） 的 畫 家 陳 丹 青 ， 在 談 到 京 奧 時 說 ： 「 這 個 國 家 不 鼓 勵 智 力 活 動 ， 對 體 力 活 動 的 鼓 勵 ， 也 是 出 於 政 治 目 的 。 」 此 語 用 於 春 晚 也 頗 為 合 適 。
殊 不 知 ， 當 政 者 還 嫌 老 百 姓 不 夠 弱 智 ， CCTV 除 春 晚 之 外 更 要 搞 燈 謎 競 猜 。 那 些 燈 謎 簡 直 就 是 侮 辱 人 類 智 慧 以 及 導 致 腦 結 石 的 「 三 聚 氰 胺 」 。 譬 如 ： 「 大 二 女 生 為 何 給 溫 總 理 送 圍 巾 ？ 」 「 胡 總 書 記 委 託 李 源 潮 到 延 安 傳 達 啥 信 息 ？ 」 「 薄 熙 來 的 『 原 汁 原 味 』 為 何 亮 人 眼 ？ 」 最 肉 麻 的 馬 屁 燈 謎 是 「 胡 總 書 記 、 溫 總 理 今 年 會 到 哪 裏 過 春 節 」 ？ 還 給 了 謎 底 提 示 ： 災 區 ？ 貧 困 地 區 ？ 少 數 民 族 地 區 ？ 港 澳 地 區 ？ 紅 色 老 區 ？ … … 結 果 胡 去 了 井 岡 山 ， 溫 去 了 震 區 映 秀 鎮 ， 前 者 親 力 親 為 磨 豆 腐 炒 栗 子 ， 後 者 為 民 下 廚 炒 回 鍋 肉 。 總 之 一 葷 一 素 ， 佳 偶 天 成 。

央 視 倒 有 一 個 燈 謎 略 有 意 思 ─ ─ 「 總 書 記 的 『 不 折 騰 』 為 何 難 倒 國 際 媒 體 ？ 」 這 確 係 超 級 謎 語 ， 還 不 在 於 它 的 繙 譯 難 度 ， 胡 錦 濤 究 竟 在 指 誰 折 騰 和 不 許 甚 麼 人 折 騰 ？ 別 說 國 際 媒 體 ， 中 國 人 自 己 猜 了 足 足 一 個 多 月 ， 還 是 未 有 答 案 。

三 鹿 判 決 與 司 法 不 公

三 鹿 毒 奶 粉 案 一 審 宣 判 ， 生 產 和 銷 售 蛋 白 粉 的 張 玉 軍 、 購 買 和 添 加 蛋 白 粉 到 原 奶 再 銷 售 給 三 鹿 集 團 的 耿 金 平 ， 分 別 被 判 死 刑 。 三 鹿 集 團 前 董 事 長 田 文 華 和 三 位 前 高 層 倖 免 判 死 ， 獲 判 五 年 有 期 徒 刑 至 無 期 徒 刑 。
只 殺 蒼 蠅 不 斬 老 虎
整 個 判 決 似 乎 將 張 玉 軍 視 為 上 游 ， 耿 金 平 視 為 中 游 ， 三 鹿 和 前 高 層 視 為 下 游 ， 因 此 必 須 嚴 懲 「 源 頭 」 。 這 種 「 源 頭 論 」 思 維 顯 然 可 議 。 稍 稍 懂 得 偵 查 知 識 的 人 都 知 道 ， 最 能 從 整 條 犯 罪 鏈 中 獲 利 者 才 配 稱 為 真 正 的 源 頭 。 試 想 ： 如 果 不 是 三 鹿 要 違 法 壓 低 成 本 ， 擠 佔 市 場 ， 牟 取 暴 利 ， 擁 有 如 此 龐 大 商 業 誘 因 ， 上 中 游 怎 會 主 動 為 了 蠅 頭 小 利 提 供 摻 有 蛋 白 精 的 原 奶 ？ 難 道 三 鹿 事 前 毫 不 知 情 ， 對 國 內 奶 業 多 年 來 這 套 枉 法 陋 習 都 懵 然 不 知 ， 一 直 到 東 窗 事 發 才 如 夢 初 醒 ？ 未 免 太 反 常 了 ！ 就 算 如 此 ， 難 道 三 鹿 多 年 來 都 沒 有 做 品 管 抽 檢 嗎 ？ 國 家 竟 然 給 它 免 檢 待 遇 ？ 可 見 ， 足 以 牟 取 暴 利 的 三 鹿 及 其 知 情 人 員 及 官 員 才 是 源 頭 ， 上 中 游 只 是 按 單 批 貨 的 手 腳 。 這 次 判 決 只 是 告 訴 人 民 ： 司 法 只 殺 蒼 蠅 ， 不 斬 老 虎 ！

任 憑 阻 攔 受 害 家 屬 出 庭 旁 聽 ， 搞 一 大 堆 扣 查 、 水 馬 、 警 戒 線 、 封 鎖 區 ， 都 抵 受 不 住 民 間 的 良 知 、 勇 氣 和 行 動 。 眼 看 國 內 若 干 法 律 學 者 、 志 願 律 師 挺 身 而 出 ， 高 呼 司 法 不 公 ， 要 求 落 實 法 治 ， 全 面 追 究 責 任 ， 眼 看 各 地 網 民 風 起 雲 湧 的 吶 喊 ， 筆 者 相 信 中 國 變 革 的 希 望 在 公 民 覺 醒 ， 在 禮 義 廉 恥 ， 靜 待 時 機 ， 破 繭 而 出 ， 迎 向 光 明 。

My fellow citizens: I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation... (APPLAUSE) ... as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition. Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because We the People have remained faithful to the ideals of our forbearers, and true to our founding documents. So it has been. So it must be with this generation of Americans. That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost, jobs shed, businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly, our schools fail too many, and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet. These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable, but no less profound, is a sapping of confidence across our land; a nagging fear that America's decline is inevitable, that the next generation must lower its sights. Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real, they are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this America: They will be met. (APPLAUSE) On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord. On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn-out dogmas that for far too long have strangled our politics. We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness. (APPLAUSE) In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of shortcuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint-hearted, for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things -- some celebrated, but more often men and women obscure in their labor -- who have carried us up the long, rugged path towards prosperity and freedom. For us, they packed up their few worldly possessions and traveled across oceans in search of a new life. For us, they toiled in sweatshops and settled the West, endured the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth. For us, they fought and died in places Concord and Gettysburg; Normandy and Khe Sahn. Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life. They saw America as bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions; greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction. This is the journey we continue today. We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth. Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began. Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week or last month or last year. Our capacity remains undiminished. But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions -- that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America. (APPLAUSE) For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of our economy calls for action: bold and swift. And we will act not only to create new jobs but to lay a new foundation for growth. We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works, whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And so, to all other peoples and governments who are watching today, from the grandest capitals to the small village where my father was born: know that America is a friend of each nation and every man, woman and child who seeks a future of peace and dignity, and we are ready to lead once more. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use. And so, to all other peoples and governments who are watching today, from the grandest capitals to the small village where my father was born: know that America is a friend of each nation and every man, woman and child who seeks a future of peace and dignity, and we are ready to lead once more. 這也是一場傳媒的戰爭

以色列在加沙的軍事行動中，紐約時報、華盛頓郵報、ABC等部分傳媒報道有偏差。

最近，諾貝爾文學獎得主的葡萄牙作家何塞．薩拉馬戈 (Jose Saramago) 在聯署聲明中指，以色列在加沙的軍事行動算不上是戰爭，因為哈馬斯根本沒有可對抗的正規軍隊，聲明進一步指這其實是一場大屠殺，因為在全面封鎖下的攻擊對象已包括民用設施，例如聯合國學校、救援車隊、記者集結的建築物和民居等，造成大量平民死傷，其中不少為婦孺。
可是，從以色列到美國以至歐盟的領袖怎麼說？以美國為主導的國際主流媒體又怎麼說？
他們幾乎每次都重複著：哈馬斯不承認以色列﹔哈馬斯火箭砲威脅以色列人的生命與財產安全；哈馬斯首先挑釁，能否停火在乎於他們，以色列有權作出自衛行動。
儘管世界各地有不少示威抗議戰爭，但仍有一股很強的民意勢力，視對以色列的批評就是反猶言論。民意得以被操弄當然歸功於傳媒不斷重複當權者的話語，因此，每一場戰爭也都是傳媒的戰爭。
不過，時至今日，多元化的媒體訊息已使得有心人操弄民意的可能性比以前困難，但主流媒體還是較有優勢，他們的滲透率仍然很高，特別在保守封閉的地方如美國內陸城鎮，有不少是布殊（布什、布希）主義的堅定支持者。
事實勝於雄辯。只可惜今次以色列不僅封鎖加沙，也企圖封鎖消息，禁止媒體進入加沙採訪，能夠在加沙採訪的只是原本已在加沙設有辦事處的西方通訊社和阿拉伯媒體，現在半島電視台是唯一一間在加沙的外國電視台。
這樣公然侵犯新聞自由，很多記者表示極度不滿，甚至上訴至以色列高等法院，我奇怪，總部設在巴黎的「無疆界記者」為甚麼對此保持沉默﹗
雖然《紐約時報》駐耶路撒冷辦事處新聞主管 Ethan Bronner 抗議以色列限制國際媒體前往加沙，認為以色列違背它自稱的民主原則，但《紐約時報》在紐約總部依然沿用美國領導人和以色列官方發言人的觀點大造文章，而《華盛頓郵報》、ABC、NBC等大媒體更不在話下，自由派與保守派媒體在以巴問題立場上沒有分別，要知道，美國國會於上週的辯論中，共和民主兩黨以大比數通過支持以色列。
在主流媒體的「轟炸」下，巴人被描繪成自殺式民族、崇尚死亡的族群、要消滅以色列的種族主義者、不願接受和平的好鬥分子等等，外界有不少更視阿拉伯世界如鐵板一塊，所有婦女都是一身黑袍的封建產品，當發覺有世俗化打扮，都認定是給西方解放了，這種東方主義主宰了不少人的腦袋。
當然，阿拉伯世界有它自身的問題，這可另文再述。返回以巴衝突上，我想指出一點，哈馬斯等激進組織是怎樣形成的？要知道，早年以色列資助哈馬斯對抗當時由阿拉法特領導的法塔赫。
無論如何，只要有親身目擊過巴人在佔領下的生活狀況，便明白激進主義的滋生原因。在媒體上，我們較少看見巴人在幾百公里隔離牆下的生活，又或上千個檢查站對巴人造成的騷擾。以色列對此可以辯解為反恐，但，當我親臨現場，才發現隔離牆其實已是偏離了六、七年的綠線(Green Line)，深入巴人土地，這綠線為聯合國所界定的以巴國疆界。因此隔離
牆被視為反恐之餘亦有吞併土地的目的，這目的與以色列國家安全無關。
至於以軍檢查站，其設在巴人自治區內限制巴人活動的真正理由，乃是要保護自治區內的猶太殖民區 ( 屯墾區、定居點 )，這點亦是美國主流傳媒甚少提及的。
猶太殖民區的興建與國家安全也沒關係，它的所在地全是巴人自治區的水源地方，因此被視為霸佔土地、控制資源的手段。而隔離牆與殖民區令到巴人土地支離破碎，失去建國及發展的條件和可行性。
哈馬斯不承認以色列確是和平進程的障礙，他們必須停止以平民作籌碼用暴力達致政治訴求，或許巴人真的需要甘地精神，但以色列也一樣否認巴人的生存權利，只要佔領的一方一味靠軍事強勢作不公義行為，那麼和平更遙不可及。
我曾經隨著以色列一個和平組織「反對以色列拆屋委員會」(Israeli Committee Against House Demolition)跑到耶路撒冷，看見以軍在巴人措手不及下清拆民房，迫使他們離開，但他們與恐怖分子完全無關，而拆屋政策亦與以色列的國家安全無關，而他們興建隔離牆是要毀掉巴人經濟命脈的橄欖樹，這種做法只會挑起更多的仇恨和暴力。
這是一個土地的衝突問題。從以色列上述手段來看，以色列最深層的策略就是要建立大以色列國，火箭砲只是開戰的表面原因，在表面原因爭論是毫無意義的。
歪理重覆千遍便變成真理，美國和以色列有足夠龐大而強勢的宣傳機器來塑造民意，製造言論的代理人。現在就要看國際公民社會和另類媒體如何發出他們的另類聲音，好好去打這一場傳媒之戰﹗

進補身暖是假象嗎?
有人說秋冬進補, 去食一d平時唔食開的動物,
食完後個身會好暖, 感到個身體好了很多.
不過, 這個可能是假象, 因為人的肝臟負責抵
抗外來病症的入侵, 當進食一些平時唔食開
的肉類時, 肝臟察覺到有一些平時沒有的東西
進入體內, 肝臟就會立刻嚮起警報, 身體所有
其他器官會聯手分泌一些抗體或物質來自衛
抵抗, 所以身體會暖, 也會感到身體狀況在進
補之後, 好了很多.
原則上, 進補是不會引發身體問題, 問題出於
那些非平常進食肉類的來源, 和它們的食物鏈了...
一隻蒙古草原上的野牛, 吃著野草長大, 食物簡
單清潔, 牛本身又有國家質檢的防疫, 食用應是沒
有問題. 但是一隻珠三角的野狗野貓, 大家想想會
食過d什麼? 很有機會會食過死老鼠, 垃圾, 甚至
人類和眾多不同動物的排洩物吧.
把這些野狗野貓肉進食入體肉, 肝臟見到如此的
大鑊野進入體內, 當然會...... 把警戒級別提到最
高, 食後個身體當然立刻感到精神爽利, 行氣活血,
暖烘烘的感覺......
不過, 肝臟唔一定次次頂得住這些超級大鑊野, 或
者, d 病毒進入人體內, 跟人體內本身的病毒可能來
個洗牌效應, 就會有機會病毒異變, 變成一種前所
未有的病毒, 有機會現在所有抗生素藥都束手無策.
就好似沙士咁.....
還有肝臟受刺激得多, 總有一天會罷工, 會停止
工作, 變成肝炎, 肝硬化, 甚至肝癌, 到時身體就會出
現問題.
所以為自己和屋企人著想, 食之前先諗清楚, 有事時,
受苦的總是自己和屋企人.....

綿陽災區過億造「白宮」大陸網友罵翻

四川百年大震發生超過半年，但現在四川重災區還有許多地方急待重建，不少災民仍居無定所，只能住在簡單的組合屋裡過冬。但大陸網友最近轉貼了一張照片，是重災區綿陽出現一棟被取名為「災區白宮」的豪華建築，抨擊當地政府不知民間疾苦！圓頂建築、希臘列柱式設計，看得出來建築表面還經過精心裝飾，如此豪華氣派的建築物，你想不到的是，它居然出現在四川地震重災區。打開綿陽市中級人民法院的網頁，赫然見到同一棟建築，沒錯，豪華大樓正是川震重災區，綿陽市的新法院。兩照在寒冬中刻苦渡日的災民，大陸網友因此狠批，這根本是「災區白宮」。川震災民：「剛住進來時確實有點擔心，冬天電熱毯也沒有，爐子也沒有，害怕冷，就想往外走。」 川震後第一個農曆年，災民生活艱苦， 再看綿陽市斥資超過過億人民幣打造的新法院，大陸網友忍不住越罵越兇。事實上，大陸地方政府打造豪華辦公廳，這已經不是第一次，安徽、河南都出現過類似個案，只是這次豪華辦公樓出現在災區，雖說綿陽當局解釋，法院工程，川震前已經開工，還是讓人覺得很錯愕。
